My daughter can make small payments. Court mediation wants to grant unsupervised visits because DA won’t process with no physical evidence. Dad has plea bargained three times on sex related crimes and not a registered sex offender yet. Can anyone help protect this seven year old girl? Divorced, but no axe to grind. Just want supervised visitation. Dad has slimy attorney representing him and she needs help. Next hearing is November 3rd or 4th in Modesto, CA.
I don’t believe there are any attorney’s that will help so I gave it a long shot. Thanks for your suggestion. This is a sad case for the little girl.
By the way there are real pervs out there taking advantage of innocent kids because they can get away with it. Not all mothers are trying to deny the father a relationship. In this case just protection. She loves her dad and needs him in healthy way.

dude – do NOT hire an attorney off Yahoo Answers. Call your local bar associates and ask if they have a list of volunteer attorneys. Often, one will step up for short term things.
