Do you still think that he was inappropriate with either children? I personally don’t! When MJ’s death was confirmed, Jordan Chandler admitted to lying about everything. He said that, “his step-father forced him to lie, and now I cant tell him how much im sorry and if he’ll forgive me.” His father was tape recorded saying this, “If I go through with this, I win bigtime. There is no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever.”
Then he said, “Now for the first time i can’t bare to lie anymore. Michael Jackson didn’t do anything to me, all was my father lies to escape from being poor.”
Then there was Gavin Arvizo. In 2000, Gavin was diagnosed with cancer and had his spleen and a kidney removed. Jackson paid Gavin Arvizo’s medical expenses and accommodated transport for his chemotherapy treatment. Soon thereafter, Jamie Masada, the owner of a comedy club called Laugh Factory, fulfilled his wish to meet Jackson, and the boy often visited Neverland, also when Jackson was not home. In 2001, there were no visits but he and Jackson had many telephone conversations.(There was nothing wrong with MJ contacting Gavin……as he did pay for all his medical treatments!).
Jackson’s attorney alleged that the charges were made in retaliation by the family after the family members realized that Jackson was not going to continue supporting them financially indefinitely. The family was portrayed during trial as exhibiting a long history of attempting to extort celebrities.
In August 1998 the Arvizo family was detained on a shoplifting charge at a J.C. Penney department store in West Covina, California. According to J.C. Penney, Gavin and Star Arvizo were sent out of the store by their father with an armload of stolen clothes, the family was detained and Janet started a “scuffle” with security officers. The shoplifting charge was dropped, but Janet filed a lawsuit for million, saying that when she was detained she was “viciously beaten” by three security officers, one of whom was female. The psychiatrist hired by J. C. Penney to evaluate Janet Arvizo found her to have rehearsed her children into supporting her story and to be both “delusional” and “depressed,” although Janet’s own doctor found her to be only the latter. More than two years after the original alleged incident Janet added a further charge that one of the male officers had “sexually fondled” her breasts and pelvis area for “up to seven minutes”. Ultimately the department store settled out of court with the family for 7,000.
As said before……the family had a history of trying to extort celebrities!
These are the reasons why i believe MJ is 100% innocent!

I think Michael is completely innocent. He loved children, he wouldn’t harm them at all.
Jordan Chandler is a stupid liar. And so is the second accuser. They both just wanted money.
Poor Michael…he had to go through so much just because some brats lied.

Whether he did it or not is something we will never know. What I do know is that the media jumped to conclusions too fast.

there would have been 100′s of cases … but there were not there were 2 and they lied to h=get money Jacksonm was around kids sometimes 24/7 he did not touch any of those kids..R.I.P. MJ………………….

Cause think about it.. if you have a child and your child is molested
you wouldnt care about the money, right??. You would want that molestor behind bars. And MJ paid them millions just to shut it.. cause one it wasnt true and MJ knew it would destroy him. Ever since than ppl still think he was a child molestor. But obviously that family was in it for the money and found a way to get it. People are horrible and will do anything to get money. Money is the worst part of our society. It doesnt make us better. It makes ppl greedy and do horrible things.

I disagree….the doctor who performed the (court ordered) inspection of MJ’s private parts at the time of the first accusation testified that the child had accurately described certain characteristics that could only be known if the child had seen said private parts. Unless they happened to be showering in a communal shower after some sports event or similar activity, the child had no business being able to describe MJ’s private parts. Something “Hinky” happened and MJ was willing to fork over $15 Million plus to keep it quiet. These are not supposition, they are documented facts. Draw your own conclusions.

By his own admission the man did not understand a basic rule of our society that says that adult men do not share their beds with children in their underwear who are not the offspring of that adult man
Maybe I’m wrong Maybe there was 1:1000000 chance that he did not molest those children
But when it comes to dealing with the safety of children you have to err on the side of caution and occasionally sacrifice an adult to save a child because the price for protecting a guilty adult is simply too high

Ideally we would all like to believe that if a child truly was molested that the family would rather see the offender placed behind bars rather than accepting cash to shut the family up
The problem is that the cash was guaranteed and the conviction was not
It would be absolutely horrifying for the family to lose the cash and the conviction and still have to deal with a very damaged child……and not have the resources to pay for long term mental health care for that damaged child
