Its not an allegation. It was a court case, where he was found guilty. Just that because he was under 18yrs old at the time the record was sealed. there is no doubt he did the deed. His niece had vaginal tears, complained of pain in that area, and he was sentenced to a treatment program and parole, as the parents of the child(P’s sister and her husband) agreed to a light sentence. Look it up. Its all there.
However, he did molest his niece. Theres a court document to prove it. Its not an allegation. He admitted it at the time.
Kids lie for many reasons. Courts don’t accept their testimony. They lie to get attention. They could be coached by an adult. They could simply have been telling a story based on something they heard on tv or from a family member not even understanding that it will be a big deal. Kids often tell stories, its not like lying to them, just using their imagination. Then because it turns out to be a big deal, they can’t just say”I made it up”.
